20 flounder fillets, meunière
2 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
5 stalks of broadleaf parsley
2 tbsp of black or light sesame seeds
200 g feta cheese
2 tbsp acacia honey
2 red chillies
2 sprigs of rosemary
4 sprigs of thyme
salt and pepper
Dice the apples and turn with the lemon juice, finely chopped red onion, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley and the sesame seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally, break the feta into smaller pieces and turn with the other ingredients.
Mix the lime juice and acacia honey. Finely chop the chilli, rosemary and thyme and add to the lime and honey mixture. Season the juice with salt, and place in the fridge until serving.
Prepare the frozen flounder, following the instructions on the packet.
Serve immediately with the apple salad and lime juice for the fish.
