8 oz. Royal Greenland Snow crab meat
11 oz. Fresh linguini noodles
2 white onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
3.5 oz butter
1 red chili, finely chopped
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
½ teaspoon tarragon, finely chopped
4 oz. cherry tomatoes
½ cup strong vegetable broth
First, carefully remove the snow crab meat from the shells and set aside for another use (soup, crustacean stock).
Lightly stir-fry the chopped onions, red chili and garlic.
Cook the linguini pasta.
Add the cherry tomatoes (cut in half), the snow crab meat and the chopped herbs to the pan with butter, lemon juice and vegetable stock.
Lastly, add the cooked linguini to the pan and mix with the other ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
