Ingredients

Smoked salmon

Apple vinagrette 

Chives

Basmati rice, boiled and chilled

Pineapple 

Edamame beans

Celeriac, julienne

Agretti

Sesame oil

Radishes

Yoghurt based dressing

Black and white sesame seeds

Cooking instructions

Marinate the smoked salmon with apple vinagrette and chives and the agretti with sesame oil and let both rest for approx. 10 min. 

Dice the pineapple, julienne the celeriac and slice the radish. 

Arrange the rice at the bottom of your bowl and garnish with fruit, vegetables and the marinated salmon. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the salmon and serve.
