The Greenlandic shell-on prawn is extra juicy and sweet - the meat has a crisp bite and a beautiful pink colour. The cold surroundings enable a slow growth, which provides ideal conditions for the prawn to fully develop the complex flavour and texture. The taste is intense and sweet with a touch of sea salt.

Shell-on prawns are ideal as an appetizer or for lunch but can also be the main course served with a green salad, a tasteful dip and a piece of bread, perfect for social dining. Easy to handle, simply thaw before serving.

From sea to freezer in less than three hours
Shell-on prawns are caught in the cold and clean waters surrounding Greenland. The prawns are sorted by size immediately after catch and are then cooked, packed and frozen within three hours.
