This fillet is a cost-efficient alternative to plaice. The meat is bright white with a firm texture to the meat, and offers a mild and pleasant taste.

Breaded fillets offer a rapid, tasty and easy way to cook and serve fish that is simple to use as part of a recipe or as an individual menu item on a buffet. 

Ingredients

Yellowtail flounder or Yellowfin sole (fish) (60%), breading (40%): wheat flour, rapeseed oil, water, durum wheat, potato starch, salt, yeast, dextrose, mushroom extract, white pepper. Fried in rapeseed oil. A few bones may remain. 

Cooking instructions

Prepare from frozen. Oven: pre-heated oven for approx. 14 minutes at 220°C.
