With great optimism for Royal Greenland's future, Janne Moltke-Leth has decided to step down from the company’s board.

When Royal Greenland held its annual general meeting on May 15, 2025, it was not just a conclusion to the financial year 2024. It also marked the end of Janne Moltke-Leth's tenure on the board of Greenland’s largest company. She has chosen to resign at her own request.

"It has been an absolute pleasure and a great honor to be part of Royal Greenland's board. I am confident that the organization is heading in a good direction, and therefore it is with peace of mind that I now say goodbye," says Janne Moltke-Leth.

Janne Moltke-Leth is the CEO of Bruun Rasmussen, former Commercial Director at Copenhagen Airport, and a member of the boards of Sydbank A/S and Duni AB.

She has been part of Royal Greenland’s board since May 2024. It has been a transformative year, marked by major decisions and changes in the company, including the decision to consolidate leadership in Nuuk and focus on core markets and species.

"I would like to thank Janne for her dedicated efforts for Royal Greenland. During a turbulent time, she has contributed to ensuring that Greenland’s largest company remains strong and solidly rooted in Greenland and its people," says Chairperson of the Board, Maliina Abelsen.
