Fish cakes from Royal Geenland are made from Greenland halibut and atlanctic cod. They have a juicy texture and savoury flavour. Fish cakes are rich in healthy Omega-3 fatty acids from the halibut. They are gluten - and lactose free.

They are fully-fried with a nice crust.

Ingredients

Greenland halibut (Fish) 43%, Atlantic cod (Fish) 22% potatoes*, onion*, celery* (Celery), potato starch*, chickpea flour*, gluten-free oatmeal, rapeseed oil*, salt, white pepper*. Fried in rapeseed oil*.

The organic content is 47%. 

Serving

They are ideal for buffets and in canteens and are always popular with both kids and adults.

Cooking instructions

Serve when thawed, or prepare from frozen (10-12 minutes at 180°C.)
