Saithe is caught in the ice-cold and clean waters of the North Atlantic, where it slowly develops its mild and slightly sweet taste with plenty of umami. It has off-white to pink meat with a firm and juicy texture that turns a beautiful snow-white with nice, big flakes when cooked. Saithe has a naturally high content of protein and iodine.
The prefried nuggets offer fast and easy cooking with a crisp surface and plenty of moisture to the meat inside. They are ideal for snack time, as an appetizer, side dish or as street food.

Saithe 50% (fish), breading 35% (durum wheat, water, rapeseed oil, wheat flour, potato starch, salt, yeast, wheat dextrose, mushroom extract (maltodextrin, mushroom extract); ketchup 15% (tomatoes, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spice and herbextracts (contains celery), spice), modified maize starch. Pre-fried in rapeseed oil.
