Fish Strips, AP, beer batter, MSC

Alaska Pollock has very white and firm meat with a mild taste. It is ideally suited for breading and battering. The Alaska Pollock is high in protein, low in fat and has a naturally high content of healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

FishStrips are small pieces of Alaska pollock prepared in a unique beer batter with a nice hint of hops in the flavour. The batter has been developed in close collaboration with selected danish and english customers.

Ingredients

Alaska Pollock (60%), wheat flour (gluten), rapeseed oil, water, maize starch, wheat starch (gluten), salt, maize flour, potato starch, raising agent: E450, E500, yeast, sunflower oil, flavourings, maltodextrin, carrot powder, anticaking agent (E551), malt extract (gluten), skimmed milk powder, dextrose, celery, white pepper. Pre-fried in rapeseed oil.

Serving

FishStrips are ideal in portion servings for takeaway or on childrens' menus. They are also great for traditional Fish 'n' chips with sauce tartare, mushy peas and chips - or try them with chips made from root vegetables or with veggie sticks and dip.
