These fillets are breaded with egg and breadcrumbs, a method that makes the fillets look and taste homemade. With 70% fish and 30% breading, we ensure that every bite is delicious. The breading has been specially developed for professional foodservice customers.

The breaded fillets are perfect for a wide range of dishes, from classic "smørrebrød" to modern interpretations of fish & chips.

Ingredients

Yellowfin sole (Fish) (Limanda aspera) or yellowtail flounder (Fish) (Limanda ferruginea) 70%. Breading (30%): Flour (Wheat), water, egg white powder (Eggs), salt, yeast, sugar, wheat gluten (Wheat), white pepper. A few bones may remain.

Cooking instructions

Prepare from frozen. Pan: Fry in butter or margarine for app. 4 minutes on each side. Deep fryer: Pre-heat oil up to 180°C and fry for about 2 minutes.
