Salmon has a bright, pink colour and soft meat with an intense and rich flavour. With 3 g of Omega-3 fatty acids per 100 g, salmon offers a high content and is also a good source of vitamin D. 

The salmon fillets are uniform in appearance in terms of both colour and shape. They are versatile in use either as whole fillets or cut into smaller portions ideal for buffets.

With its flavoursome meat, salmon offers plenty of umami with a sweet taste that is complemented well by slightly acidic or bitter flavours.

Cooking instructions

Prepare in oven at low heat or on pan at moderate heat
