Jalapescos nominated for innovation prize by the Produits de la Mer Magazine


Royal Greenland's jalapescos with saithe is nominated by the french Produits de la Mer Magazine for their innovation prize in the frozen category.

Royal Greenland's Jalapescos was nominated for the innovation prize based on a jury's evaluation of the product. The jury has particularly highlighted the great taste and the product's practicality as well as the valorization of saithe in the product.

The voting has begun here and will continue until September 24th where the winners of each category will be revealed on the PDM website.

Royal Greenland offers two variants of Jalapescos; saithe with red jalapeños and salmon with green jalapeños, both surrounded by a crisp and tasty breading. The combination of the fish and the jalapeños gives the Jalapescos a nice medium hot flavour.
