Plaice Goujons in crispy batter, 60-80g, 5000g

Plaice is known for its very flavoursome and white meat with an almost creamy texture. It is low in fat, high in protein and a great source of vitamin B12 and selenium. 

Plaice goujons are coated in a crisp batter and their convenient bite-size make them perfect as snacks or fish 'n' chips servings, alternatively served Streetfood style in a light bun with ketchup and pickles as a "Sea-dog".



The fresh and slightly sweet aromas of the plaice are well-accompanied by savoury flavours. Plaice is very versatile and the thin fillets are well suited for fast and easy cooking, while still maintaining the natural flavours.

Prepare from frozen at moderate temperature in pre-heated oven


Plaice fillets (fish) (70%),  Batter ( 30%): flour (wheat), water, rapseed oil, rice flour, starch (wheat), tapioca dextrin, raising agents ( E 450 and E 500 ), Salt, mustard powder (mustard),  skimmed milk powder (milk),  dextrose. Pre-fried in rapseed oil.
