Plaice fillets (fish) (70%), Batter ( 30%): flour (wheat), water, rapseed oil, rice flour, starch (wheat), tapioca dextrin, raising agents ( E 450 and E 500 ), Salt, mustard powder (mustard), skimmed milk powder (milk), dextrose. Pre-fried in rapseed oil.
