Royal Greenland's Premium smoked GourmetTRIM salmon begins with carefully selected, high quality salmon from Norway. The fillets are hand trimmed to perfection, where all the brown muscle is removed for an unrivalled taste experience and zero food waste. The salmon fillet is carefully matured to a nice and firm texture before it is gently smoked over beech wood under careful supervision from the smoke master. Through this meticulous method, the salmon obtains a perfect balance between the deep smoke flavours and the delicate, fatty meat of the fillet for a guaranteed quality experience in every slice.
The entire fillet is pre-sliced – including the tail – for added convenience in the kitchen and less food waste.
