Royal Greenland's NEVER FROZEN concept is fresh smoked salmon that has never been frozen. The unique process provides an unrivaled taste experience and a pleasant, firm texture. The salmon is pre-sliced and ready to eat with a shelf life of up to 28 days. The product can, if necessary, be frozen within the shelf life period, thawed and consumed the same day.
