Easily cooked fish in delicious sauce with precise portioning every time

Sous vide is renowned as a gentle cooking method where food is slowly cooked in its own juice.

Royal Greenland's range of easily cooked sous vide products feature juicy fish in a delicate sauce ready for convenient cooking.

Preparation is made easy as each product is fully cooked before it is quick frozen, so it only requires a quick heating in Microwave, Bain Marie or Wet steam oven.

Each sous vide bag contains a piece of high quality fish together with a delicious sauce.
Once heated the content is ready to serve as it is or can easily be decorated with fresh herbs or a twist of cracked pepper to give it a personal touch.

Plaice with herbs

Try serving our sous vide plaice with a bruschetta topped with slices of fresh tomatoes and basil leaves. Drizzle the breads with a bit of olive oil and finish with a pinch of sea salt.

With sous vide there is no food waste as one bag equals one serving, making portion control easy. Each box contains 24 portions, that can be prepared directly from frozen with no mess and easy handling. The result is a tasty, moist and delicious fish.
