Royal Greenland has some of the most delicious natural fish on the market and our ‘Frozen at Sea’ concept ensures the highest quality.

The Royal Greenland assortment holds a broad range of different natural fish fillets originating from the arctic seas in the north to exotic warm water species in Asia. We keep up to date on product development and continually include new species and carvings in the assortment.
 

The assortment ranges from traditional species as cod, salmon and plaice to the more exclusive ones as Greenlandic halibut, hake, redfish and hoki. Several of these species have the same texture and can be used interchangeably in delicious recipes.

Frozen at sea

When fish products are processed and frozen on board factory trawlers, the finished product is frozen only a few hours after it is caught. Fish that is processed and frozen at sea is always the absolute best quality and sometimes even called ”fresher than fresh” – we call it FROZEN AT SEA.
