The World's Largest Prawn Cocktail!

In association with The Shellfish Association of Great Britain (SAGB) Royal Greenland has created the World’s Largest Prawn Cocktail. The Prawn Cocktail consisted of 50 kg prawns, lettuces and over 10 litres of Marie Rose sauce and was constructed in a 1.5m tall champagne glass. After preparation photographic evidence of the Prawn Cocktail was taken so that it could be sent to Guinness World Records for accreditation. After this a buffet for 350 guests was served at Fishmonger’s Hall, London.
