At Royal Greenland, we have a recruitment strategy which ensures that we recruit the right people for the right jobs at the right time. The recruitment process also ensures that you are able to make the right choice based on the information and discussions you have about specific jobs with Royal Greenland.
This is why Royal Greenland uses many resources to match our expectations to yours – for the benefit of both parties.
Processing your application
When we receive your application, we send you a confirmation by post or e-mail. The person handling the recruitment will read your application and if you have the right background, we will invite you for an interview.
Test
Depending on the job you are applying for you may be asked to complete one of our online tests before we meet for an interview. We are certified to use several types of tests which form part of our recruitment process. These tests are used as a basis for the interview. We will, of course, also give you feedback on any of the tests you may be required to take.
Personal interviews
A typical recruitment process at Royal Greenland will consist of up to three interviews. The purpose of the first interview is to brief you further on the job and to learn more about you and your personal and professional qualifications.
At the second interview you will meet the consultant or manager of the department in question.
References
In the last stage of the recruitment process, we will take up references. We always use references with care.
Selection
Based on the first (and second) interview(s) and any tests and references, we select the candidate best suited for the job.
If you get a rejection
If your application is rejected, you are always welcome to apply for a job at Royal Greenland at a later date.
If you have been to Royal Greenland for a job interview, but do not get the job you have applied for, we will ask permission to keep your application on file in our database.
